1.6.3. Training Clinic

At HQ, every user gets the unique opportunity to have their own training site.

This training site allows users to access Clinic HQ to its full capacity without the worry of making a mistake! Your staff can practice making appointments, drawing and wasting drugs, looking at and playing around with different settings, and checking out the many features Clinic HQ has to offer all without liability.

It looks exactly like your clinic’s own site, but you will see the name Training Clinic in the left corner where your clinic’s name usually appears. The training clinic is also bordered in yellow instead of our normal ‘CHQ Blue.’

To access your training clinic, navigate to the Help & Support menu, then click on Visit Training Site :
