While we recognize that some clinics may choose to implement complex, multi-layered and/or workaround financial maneuvers, please note that these fall outside the scope of what our system is built to handle—and outside the support our team can reasonably provide. If such custom processes lead to issues, our ability to assist may be limited. To ensure the smoothest experience, we strongly recommend keeping financial workflows as simple and direct as possible.

If your issue spans multiple years, includes multiple maneuvers such as creating client credits, reversing client credits, no showing and then reversing the no shows and doing multiple partial refunds, etc, we likely will not be able to provide the resources to help you untangle a specific issue. We can give it a cursory look to ensure it’s not an HQ bug, but beyond that, your accounting situations are yours alone to manage. We encourage you to keep your accounting very straightforward.
