Clinic HQ provides all clinics with a link to put on their website which is a way for clients to sign up for spay/neuter & wellness appointments. This link is ready to use and just requires that your organization add it to their website, share it via email, or post on social media.
Copy & Paste your custom link from SettingsMost clinics put the link behind a button such as “Book Now.”
Feel free to download any of these buttons and use them on your website. You can also easily find more buttons by going to Google images and search for buttons that way. To download one, right-click > Save Image As …
Once you’ve selected a button to put on your site, all you have to do is to input the iframe link for your clinic in the url slot. All website builders are different but generally, you’re looking for a slot something like this:
In the url slot input the link you find on Settings > E-Appointments. Simply copy and paste it. It is automatically live the moment you drop it in.
You may also want to embed the iFrame into page so you can have text around the page. Your webmaster will put the iFrame link in a cell in a table within your html page so you can write text above or below it.
