Many websites need users to enable geolocation to ensure they can provide relevant services based on your location.
It’s important that you allow geolocation in Chrome:
- Click on the calendar link and select Spay/Neuter by Capacities from the drop-down.
- Click on any random date on the calendar and then select Make Spay/Neuter Appointment.
- This is where the geolocation pop-up happens. It’s a pop-up in the upper left corner generated by Chrome.
- Click Allow to set your location. This informs the Address Validator where you are in the world and positions the map in Reports to your current location.
If you accidentally block this or miss it, follow these steps:
- look for the red icon on Chrome’s navigation bar.
- If you see it, click Clear These Settings For Future Visits.
- Refresh your page, then click Allow so it can geolocate you.
If, for some reason, you still are not able to get geolocation to work, follow these steps:
- Click on the Chrome settings
icon, then select Settings > Advanced Settings > Content Settings > Location
- Look in the block list. Click the trash can icon to remove clinichq.com from the blocked list.
- Go back to HQ in the browser, refresh the page, and click Allow to let it locate you.
