Allowing internet pop-ups enables your browser to show small windows that appear automatically when you visit certain websites. These windows can display ads, notifications, or additional content.
Many places in HQ require pop-ups.
For example, in order to display a rabies certificate, you’ll need a pop-up. If you haven’t enabled them, you’ll see an error message and a red icon in the upper right corner of the browser. Click this icon to enable pop-ups, and the problem will disappear. Click the icon and allow HQ to present pop-ups. Then refresh your browser.
If you are not presented with the pop-up icon, but would like to enable HQ pop-ups, follow these steps:
- Click the Chrome Settings Icon
,
- Click the Settings link, then Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and Redirects >
- Allow all or HQ to use pop-ups.
