Canceling S/N, Basic Wellness, and Recheck Appointments
These three appointment types can all be canceled in the same way.
The fastest way
- From the spay/neuter calendar, click on the date the appointment is on, then select Appointment Changes.
- Click the Cancel button, and follow the prompts.
Note: Client does not get an notification that the appointment was canceled.
The other way
- If you don’t know the date the client is scheduled on, you can use the quick search tool in the navigation panel to type in the owner’s name or the animal’s name.
- Once you find the animal, you can go to the Appointments tab, selected the Action button for the animal, and then select Cancel.
Note: if these appointments have deposits, you’ll need to deal with the deposit first.
