Capacity management allows you to set individual categories like “large female dog” and “male cats,” and put some limits or caps on those categories for the number of appointments you’d like on any given day. The idea here is that set global parameters here for all days, and then for individual days, you can adjust as needed.

The Title represents the title of the category – such as “Large Male Dogs” – that is displayed on the calendar in “Configure Tiles.”
The Code is a three-digit code displayed on the tiles on your Calendar. The Daily Max is the number of appointments you would like to cap it at. The Species, Sex, Weight From and To, and Animal Type can be selected from the dropdown window to further constrain animal type.
After the capacity is set up, it will always display who last changed capacities.
Updating Capacity Settings
To change your clinic’s base capacity for the spay/neuter calendar, go to Settings > Capacity Management.
Use the pencil icon to change an existing capacity or create a new capacity.
When saving the capacity, the following message will appear:
“Making this change will reset all calendar days to this setting. Any individual daily adjustments will be deleted and all calendar days will be reset. This change cannot be undone.”
If you increase capacity, past days won’t be available for online booking. The E-appointment form only shows future dates.
