It’s a good idea to change your password if it’s been compromised, too simple, shared, or forgotten—keeping your account safe and secure is always worth the extra step!

Here’s how:

  1. Go HERE.
  2. Paste your old password into the first field, then enter your new password into the two other fields.
  3. Remember passwords must be at least eight characters and have one non-alphanumeric character such as ! or *.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Login button in the upper right corner of the HQ screen at or by following THIS link.
  2. Enter your email address, then a new temporary password will be sent immediately. You can use this password to log in to the system, then follow the steps above to change it to a more memorable password.

If you do not receive a temporary password immediately, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, have someone in your clinic open a help ticket, and we will assist.
