Whether you are a new clinic or you have been with Clinic HQ for some time, the course training videos we offer on Clinic HQ University are essential for key administrative and medical team members to watch to best understand the ins and outs of the software.

HQ University provides comprehensive training and education for veterinary professionals looking to integrate cloud-based software into their spay/neuter clinics. Here’s what you can expect:

To access full length training courses, follow these steps:

  1. Go to HQ University.
  2. Click Course Login on the left side of the top navigation menu.
  3. Click Login with Clinic HQ OnePass.
  4. If you’re already signed in, no need to input credentials again. If not, enter your HQ credentials now.
  5. Once logged on, click My Courses. It is where Course Login used to be.
  6. From here, you can complete as many of the free HQ Setup Courses as you’d like! Get HQ Certified in no time.

Clinic HQ Setup Course

At least one team member from your clinic should be named ‘administrator’ and should complete our Clinic HQ Setup Course. It is important to have a designated person who is an expert on all things Clinic HQ so they can help train the rest of your team!

This course is ideal for any clinic that feels they would like to leverage all of the tools HQ has to offer. It guides your team through every screen in our Setup and gets deep into the details and nuances of the tools we have available. Clinic HQ Go-Live Courses

We have 2 Go-Live Courses that all onboarding clinics and new staff members would benefit from taking. The first is our admin course which takes your team through administration duties starting with the basics and moving into making appointments and payment options. The second course is a Medical course which takes your med team through Patient Flow, drug logging, medical records, Idexx and rechecks.
