23.7. Clinic Tags

Clinic Tags are handy ways to flag a client with specific brief notices. These tags will appear all throughout HQ next to the client and are for internal view only. The tags will not print anywhere. 

Common examples are:

• Owes Money
• Deaf
• Volunteer
• Difficult
• Banned, etc.
  

These are color-coded tags and can easily be created in Settings.

Creating Tags

To be able to add tags to your clients, you will need to set them up in Settings > Clinic Tags.

Type the short 1-2 word phrase in the field and click Add. Then assign a color to the tag.

Applying Clinic Tags for Clients

To edit/add tags to a client, go to the client’s profile and click Edit Profile. Add the desired tags.

Viewing Tags

These will show up throughout HQ when you view the client.
