7.4. Converting Public to Volume Clients & Vice Versa

Turn Public Client Bookings into Volume Appointments with These Simple Steps

Let’s say a volume client goes online and books ten appointments, not realizing the online form is for public clients only. You can convert these to volume client appointments. Here’s how:

1. If you’ve not already created the Volume Client, go to” https://clinichq.com/app#/clients/volume/create” and create the volume client. In this example, Erwin’s Rescue.
2. Then you go to Clients > Merge Clients and find the rescue and click Add.
3. Then you switch the drop down to public clients on the merge tool, then search for the client and click Add.
4. Making sure the original tick is on the volume client, you merge these together.
5. If you want to make Volume Client into a public client, you do the same thing in reverse.

In this example Inez Erwin actually has a rescue called Erwin’s Rescue. These appointments should go under than rescue.
