Occasionally it maybe necessary to delete, resend or otherwise manipulate consent forms.
Resending a consent form due to an incorrect email
Let’s say your client or staff typed in an incorrect email address for the client. The consent form never reaches the client because the email address is incorrect. In order to resend it, do the following.
- Change the email.
- Then go into the appointment and in Documents, click More Options and Resend. You’ll get a prompt to delete the previous Consent Form and resend a new one.
Note, you can also click on any green Consent button and click Resend and it will do the same thing.
This will send a new consent to the new email address.
