E-Payment Setup

Enabling Online Payments

With E-Payments comes the time-saving tool of E-Pay & Vaulting.
Vaulting a card is designed to allow your clinic to securely save your public client’s credit card information. No credit card information will be visible or accessible to your staff (only the last four digits of the card number).
This feature makes the following possible:

  • Make deposits/payments directly through HQ by entering card information.
  • Manually send a link asking public clients for their card information
  • Provides a way for them to securely transmit credit card information to you without physically having the card present
  • Allows your staff to bill any additional charges for appointments that the client has approved
  • Ability to send payment requests for any future appointment
  • Allows Volume Clients to pay invoices through their Portal.
