If you have the following page labeled “Drug Protocols” in Settings, your clinic does not have access to Patient Flow. BUT! It can be enabled.

Submit a Request to Enable Patient Flow

If your clinic does not have access to Patient Flow in Settings, please open a help ticket and request that it be turned on.

NOTE:

  • Enabling Patient Flow will remove the Drugs tab in Checkout.
  • There is no additional cost for using Patient Flow.
  • Enabling PF will turn on several new sections in your Settings: Patient Flow Setup, Medical Notes, & High Risk Waiver Setup

PF’s new drug logging system must be manually enabled for some older clinics.
All new clinics will have PF enabled automatically at sign-up.
