Logging into HQ for the First Time

You will receive an email prompting you to create a password and log in to HQ.

  • Use Google Chrome for the best experience.
  • Each user must log in using a unique email address.
  • If you haven’t received the email: Check your spam or junk folder.
  • If it’s still not there, contact info@clinichq.com.
  • Access the HQ website at clinichq.com.

Ensure your onboarding checklist is complete

  1. Watch the HQ Flow Video: Go here and click on the HQ Flow & Top Tools page. Then watch the 5 minute HQ Flow video at the top of the page. This is our recommended clinical flow.
  2. Watch the Top Tools Video: Go to here and click on the HQ Flow & Top Tools page. Then watch the short videos on our top tools. This will explain the basics of how HQ works.
  3. Appoint someone as your HQ admin: At this juncture you should appointment one or two people to work on your HQ setup. It will take 6 – 8 hours of time to setup HQ for your staff.
  4. Set a “Go Live” date: Set a go live date and communicate this to staff. You should budget 30 days for your setup and training. Once you know your date, email info@clinichq.com to let us know. We’ll call on your go live date and check in to see how things are going and answer questions.
  5. HQ admin should set up: If you are the HQ admin, you should now begin setting up HQ. To do so, from the university site, click the Course Login link up top and click the yellow OnePass button. Allow HQ to use your information to log you into the courses. This way your HQ login and your university login are the same.
  • Once logged in, click My Courses link up top and navigate to the HQ Setup course. Start setting up HQ by following along with the video.
  1. All staff should access the training site: You have a ready to go training site built right into your HQ. You can access by doing to Help in the upper right corner. In Help, click “Visit Training Site.” Each user gets their own individual training site to practice on. We’ve built in generic templates to work with.
  1. Staff should complete the “Go Live” training: There are two parts, Admin and Medical. They should take which ever course is most relevant to their role at the clinic. They will practice on their training site.
  2. Join our facebook community for support: We have a group on Facebook called Spay/Neuter Central. This is a community for any person that works or volunteers at a high volume spay/neuter or wellness clinic. It’s a great place to ask questions, get some good tips and perhaps get a chuckle of this crazy spay/neuter life.
