11.1. Making Sure All Clients Have Paid By The End of Day

It’s important that all public clients pay for all services by the end of the day. We have a quick and easy way to double check that.

Use Accounting > Public Clients > Apply Payment to make payments and double check at the end of the day that all are paid.

  1. Go to https://clinichq.com/app#/accounting/public-clients
  • You can make payments here, or simply double check that all public animals at paid up. To double check this, simply go to the page and look at it. If there are no clients there, then all are paid. If there are clients, then it means they are not paid up.
  1. To make a payment, click Details button, tick animals to make payment for, select tender type and click Make Payment button.

All clients should be paid up at the end of each day.

In this example, there are three clients that have a few animals that need top be paid for.
