In “Settings > OneLink E-Appointments is where you will find the link to your clinic’s grouped E-Appointments One Link Form to put on your website.

Here is how to set up One Link:

1. Go to Settings > OneLink E-Appointments (bottom of left-hand panel)

2. Click the +Add New button to get started setting up the types of grouped appointments for your clinics. Here we have set up a group for Spay/Neuter. Other grouped appointment types may be Vaccine Clinic or Dentals.

You only have to set up the group in one of the clinic profiles. Once a grouped appointment type is created, it will appear across all clinic profiles.

3. Type in the description you’d like to be displayed on your e-form.

1. Once you set up the group type, hop over to Settings > E-appointments.

2. For each clinic, go to Settings > E-Appointments.

3. Edit the e-appointment to assign it to a group and Save Settings.

4. Toggle to your other clinic profile and repeat this step. Edit the e-appt and add it to the group.

5. Post the URL for one master link on your website. This unique link should be copied from Settings > OneLink E-appointments.

What are Regions?

For even larger clinics who have more than a couple of profiles, you can create regions. For Example if you had two clinics in the southeast and three clinics in the southwest, these profiles could be grouped into regions so each region has one master link with the grouped clinic profiles’ e-appointments.
