To open the vaccine clinic date:
1. First setup a room in Settings > Wellness Settings > Rooms and label it Vx Clinic.
Enter the hours of the vaccine clinic. If you haven’t already, create an appointment type called Vaccine Clinic and set the duration for 2 minutes per appoinement.
Untick ‘Any Appointment Type’ and tick ‘Is Active.’ Select your appointment type from the drop-down and click ‘Save.’
Vaccine Clinic Room2. Go to the Wellness calendar, and close off days you are not open.
To close of all days, click in the first open slot on your calendar with your mouse and fill in the slots to close all days.
Closing Days on Wellness Calenar3. Go to the date your vaccine clinic will be held, and click on the closed day. Click ‘Delete’ to delete the closed block for that date.
4. Go to your link in Settings > e-Appointments and test out your form.
Note: If you’re taking deposits or pre-payments for your vaccine clinic, those options can be setup in the e-Appointment Settings.
