Printing “Blank Setups”
It’s a good idea to have a “blank setup” for any walk ins you might have. This can include a blank copy of your consent form, treatment sheet or drug baggie insert, a cage card and neck collar. You can clip all of these together and have it ready incase someone walks up or for some reason you need it. Sometimes its necessary to have a traditional hard copy that can be hand written on.
You can stash these blanks in HQ in templates. The blank version would not have the merge fields.
It’s a good idea to have about fifty blank setups ready to roll at check in if you need them. The client can fill it out and you can enter into HQ curbside.
