19.16. Recheck

This report is similar to the recheck report in the master report but provides more detailed information. Classifying an appointment as a recheck – Rechecks in Clinic HQ are only for animals that received a spay/neuter surgery. Scheduling a Recheck appointment from the Spay/Neuter calendar provides options for reporting on the reason for the recheck.

This report helps clinics discover route causes for rechecks and make protocol and policy changes to prevent post-surgical complications
