Why rechecks cannot be wellness appointments

Recheck appointments cannot be considered wellness appointments because they are linked to an animal’s spay/neuter surgery. When selecting a recheck appointment, you’ll need to reference the animal and the surgery appointment. These appointments are closely tied to surgical outcomes.

Recheck statistics reflect surgical complications and how well clients are informed about aftercare. Using this appointment type for other purposes can disrupt important data and impact the analysis of surgical success.

Recheck statistics

There are several places in HQ where you can analyze your recheck data.

  1. Navigate to Reports > Rechecks: https://clinichq.com/app#/reports/recheck. This is the primary stop for recheck analysis.
  2. Here, notice the various ways you can sort the report. This is designed to give you complete control over analysis.
  3. Next, input a date range and select the Go button to review the data, or hit the Export to button to export the data to excel.
