Rescheduling a Full Day of Appointments
If you need to move all appointments from one clinic day to another, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and organized rescheduling process:
- First, Open the new date for your clinic in the calendar.
- Next, select the date in the calendar that the clinic was originally scheduled for and select Appointment Changes
- Here, you will click Reschedule on each individual appointment and move them to the new date.
- Each patient will automatically receive an email notification. The subject line of this email will include “Rescheduled” to indicate the change.

Notify Clients via Text
- To do this, select E-Lobby and update the date picker on the top right hand corner to reflect the date.
- Scroll through the list of patients and send a text message to each person individually to inform them of the rescheduling.
Send a Personal Email to Go the Extra Mile
- Go to Custom Reports.
- Pull the list of email addresses for everyone originally scheduled on the old clinic date.
- Send a personal email explaining the date change and confirming that they’ve been rescheduled.
- This gives clients a more organized direct line to you in case they need to ask questions or request changes.
