Rescheduling a Full Day of Appointments

If you need to move all appointments from one clinic day to another, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and organized rescheduling process:

  1. First, Open the new date for your clinic in the calendar.
  2. Next, select the date in the calendar that the clinic was originally scheduled for and select Appointment Changes
  3. Here, you will click Reschedule on each individual appointment and move them to the new date.
  • Each patient will automatically receive an email notification. The subject line of this email will include “Rescheduled” to indicate the change.

Notify Clients via Text

  1. To do this, select E-Lobby and update the date picker on the top right hand corner to reflect the date.
  2. Scroll through the list of patients and send a text message to each person individually to inform them of the rescheduling.

Send a Personal Email to Go the Extra Mile

  1. Go to Custom Reports.
  2. Pull the list of email addresses for everyone originally scheduled on the old clinic date.
  3. Send a personal email explaining the date change and confirming that they’ve been rescheduled.
  • This gives clients a more organized direct line to you in case they need to ask questions or request changes.
