Clinic HQ has a recommended take home document. Download Template (follow link and open HQ Templates.) Even if you don’t want to use it, you’ll need to download it and open it in Microsoft Word and copy and paste the client communication merge field into your take-home document. You no longer need all those custom field merge fields; you can now use ONE field called client communication.
