What is the HQ Flow?

The HQ flow is a series of processes that have been optimized for high volume spay/neuter and wellness. If you follow this flow, you are guaranteed to have a safer and faster day.

These include:

1. Online registration for appointments
2. Collecting donations at the moment of appointment
3. Pre-loading services
4. Pre-signing consent forms
5. Curbside Check in using e-Lobby & the PAASS protocol
6. Pre-payment for services
7. Pre-printing patient packets (or just cage cards and pre-writing neck collars for dogs and masking tape for cat carriers)
8. Giving a pre-med at the moment of exam/check in
9. Using Patient Flow to check out, including staggard check out with texted pick up message
10. Send a follow up email with photos of healing incisions (also known as the healing email)
