The Spay/Neuter Certificate is a stand alone document that can be used when a stand alone Spay/Neuter certificate is required.
We find that using a separate Spay/Neuter certificate is an inefficient use of resources. Instead, we recommend using the Visit Summary as the Spay/Neuter Certificate. The Visit Summary includes all services provided, including the spay or neuter. Printing or emailing a separate certificate isn’t necessary when the Visit Summary or Medical Record already covers the information.
