Who should be on the team?
Here are the roles you need on the team.
1 Veterinarian
The veterinarian will do a one-minute exam and take a TPR. In some states, the veterinarian is required to administer rabies vaccines. Please check your state regulations on what technicians can do versus what veterinarians can do.
3 Technicians
One tech will hold for the vet and two techs will administer vaccines.
2 HQ admin
One person will do curbside check-in via e-Lobby and one person will record TPRs and check patients out.
If you would like to do more than 70 animals over the three-hour time frame, you can double the teams and do 140 over three hours. A different parking lot configuration is needed, though. You will need a configuration where cars can be serviced two at a time. Like this:
