Include Trapper details in the Animal Information for Community Cats

If tracking a colony name this can be included with the Animal Name, Trapper Name, or create a custom field to collect this data.

Run Reports for Community Cats

The following reports will be beneficial for analyzing data about your community cats and colonies.

Patient Metrics Summary > Animals: will provide the total number of community cats seen each month.
Master Report: Use the date picker and county fields to run a report based on animals seen from that county. From the exported data you can view details such as the sex and maturity of the community cats.
Custom Report: Create just about any report on community cats by filtering the Animal Type to include Community Cats and any other filter options you may need.

Colony Report

To review data that includes the trapped location, use a Custom Report.

Filter the cat data to only include the Appointment Status: Checked out. This way your report does not contain data on no-shows, canceled, and pending appointments.

Within the Animal Details, expand the Trapper section to select which trapping details should be included in the report.

Build a Colony Report with the colony address filters included.

Run to Excel. From Excel, you can manipulate the data further.

Create a Custom Pinpoint Map
