6.3.1. Schedule Vaccine Appointment (Internally)

You can schedule clients for your vaccine clinic internally through your clinic. While it speeds up the process being able to have them do it online, they can also call your clinic for a time slot.

Scheduling Your Vaccine Clinic Through Your Office

1. First, make sure you have your advanced wellness appointments set up in Settings. To do this, go to Settings > Wellness Settings, and add a vaccine clinic appointment type.
2. You can schedule a vaccine clinic internally from your wellness calendar by dragging and dropping a vaccine clinic appointment into a slot on your wellness calendar. When you drag and drop the appointment on the calendar, it will open a page for you to fill out the client and animal’s details.

Important: It helps to use your advanced wellness calendar for scheduling vaccine clinics so that you can give each animal a short time slot, avoiding crowding and waiting.
