Volume Client Portal Setup – New Account
If the Volume Client (VC) doesn’t already exist in the system, follow the steps on creating a volume client here.
1. Click Search Clients / Animals and find your volume client. Open their profile and click on the VCP tab.
2. Click the Invite to Volume Client Portal button, and a pop-up will ask you for an email to send an invitation. This email invite is how your volume client will establish their password.
3. An invitation will be sent via email. They need to follow the instructions outlined in the email. Click here to create your account.
They have two options create a New Account or Connect Account. Most should click the New Account button unless their organization takes animals to multiple spay/neuter clinics and they already have an account with another clinic. In this case, they should follow the instructions on their invite to Connect an Account.
VCP email invite to connect with your clinic.4. The client will enter the requested information and set a password. The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a non-alphanumeric symbol.
The VC will provide information for a new Portal account.
