19.7. Volume Client Metrics

The volume client metrics shows all of your volume clients and all of the successful surgeries that have been done, the percentage of successful surgeries done, and further details.

There are three tabs within Volume Client Metrics: Numbers, Percent, and Details. At the top of the page, you can filter for year, quarter, and location.

Numbers

The numbers tab shows the numbers (by month) of how many successful spay/neuter surgeries that have been done for each client by month. The top row shows public clients

Percent

The percent tab shows what percentage of your total successful surgeries were brought in by each volume client – each month and the overall total.

Details

The details tab breaks down the successful volume client surgeries by dogs and cats, then further into smaller categories like feral or foster. This shows you what kind of animals your VCs are bringing.
