18.16. Tax Setup & Exempts

Not all clinics will have to charge tax, and not all clients will be charged tax. You can set up a Volume Client as TAX EXEMPT so that they will not be charged tax on any of the services/products associated with their appointment.

To set up a taxed item, follow the instruction outlined HERE.

Setting Up A Volume Client As Tax Exempt

1. Go to the Client tab > Search.

2. Search the VC and click View.

3) Choose to Edit Profile and tick the box on the client details Do not charge tax for this volume client.

4) SAVE the change

Not charging tax for a client

*Note: this tool is all or nothing. You cannot specify which items should be taxed and which should not for this VC.
