Volume clients are clients that may bring multiple animals into the clinic at once. This section will show you how to set up a volume client, how to set up spay/neuter appointments for this type of client internally in HQ, and how to bulk appointments.

What’s different about volume clients?

While public clients can go online and create their own appointments, the steps are a bit different for volume clients, as they have a volume client portal. The volume client portal allows the client to, once appointments are released, fill in information about each of their animals prior to the volume client appointment. This section will cover how volume clients can edit their appointments from their portal.
