1.6.4. What HQ Will Not Provide Assistance On

We do our best to outline all of the information needed to smoothly run your clinic with HQ.

We want to be transparent about what we do not have the capacity to troubleshoot with you.

Transactions Processed Directly Through MX Merchant

• We cannot physically correct a refund in Clinic HQ that was processed directly in MX Merchant, and we will no longer provide assistance for individual transactions processed in this way.

• For information on how to process refunds through Clinic HQ, please see the Section On Refunds.

• We also have a Section in the Manual regarding refunds processed directly through MX Merchant.
