Who should start the drug log?

Different states have different regulations about how drug logs are started and maintained. There are three options that exist for pulling drugs out of the safe and starting the HQ drug log.

1. A veterinarian pulls the drugs out and starts the HQ drug log.
2. A technician only pulls the drugs out and starts the HQ drug log.
3. A technician and veterinarian pull the drugs out and starts the HQ drug log.

This person, or people, who is verified the drugs are the ones whose initials you put here.

This then outputs to the Drug Log as the person who started the drug log.
