This log will show the activity of appointments created and changed. The user who confirmed the appointment will be logged and the user who last updated the appointment will be tracked in the Scheduler Log.

Scheduler Logs

Need to know who and when an appointment was scheduled? This info is stored in Clients > Appointments > Scheduler Logs. You can filter to see who created or edited an appointment and what the status is.

Here is what the scheduler log looks like:

  1. The date picker will display appointments that were created for that day. For example, if you select March 6th the list displayed will be appointments scheduled for March 6th.
  2. Appointment Status offers the option to filter out pending, in-progress (checked-in,) checked out, canceled, and no-showed.
  3. The column Created By, will show who confirmed the appointment.
  4. The Modified By column will show who last updated the appointment. This could be any change: rescheduling, editing details, e-payment request applied, and more.

Internal vs. Externally Scheduled Appointments

  1. How the appointment was received can be determined by the stamp indicating if the appointment was an online request. If there is no online appointment request stamp, then it was booked internally.
