19.19. Priority Appointment Metrics

Priority Appointments are allocated to public clients who request appointments online through the E-appointment system. The reporting for Priority Appointments provides insight into how many of these types of appointments have been completed(checked out) for the date range you selected.

Monitoring Priority Appointments

Once you have configured your priority setups and custom fields, your clinic’s booking system will automatically match clients with available appointments based on the criteria you’ve defined.
You’ll be able to track how many priority appointments have been booked for each setup from the tiles on the spay/neuter calendar. A Priority Appointment report is available to see the total number of appointments that have been checked out.

By using these priority scheduling tools, you can ensure that your clinic is serving the most vulnerable populations while maintaining efficiency and control over your appointment slots.

The counts and percentages reflect appointments that have been checked out during the selected date range.
