How Far to Schedule in the Future
Next, decide the number of months you would like the e-form to search for available appointments. The default is three. Note: There is no way to make this half a month or 3 weeks. One month always represents 4 weeks.
Setting Options
Each appointment type will have its own general preferences.
Select the preferences to apply for the online form.
Recommendation! Save time down the road by ticking each of these general preferences for the e-appointment. More information collected during scheduling helps speed up data entry on the appointment date.
Enable “caution toggle” on e-appointments
This allows pet parents to mark if their pet has the potential to bite or is anxious.
Hide prices of your services
This option is for clinics that don’t charge a fee but instead have a suggested donation price.
This will allow clients to select services and products for their animals but not display any prices.
Allowing document uploads for an e-app
You are able to receive a document online via the E-Form. If you would like to do this, please do it in the settings here. This may be for proof of rabies, verification of low-income status, or you just want to see a cute picture of their pet, so you know what to expect.
Deposits
Should your clinic decide to take deposits, HQ offers four options for deposit amounts. Read more about this in the section on deposits.

Here there are two areas of custom messaging. The message the client receives when they request the appointment and the message they receive if there are no appointments available.
When someone makes an online appointment, they receive a pop-up box. This tool allows you to edit your pop-up box messaging.
No appointments available
For Wellness appointments the default text is simply “No appointments available.”
When configuring e-appointments, you will see sample default text in the blue box of the Instructions tab. The sample text in blue for no appointments, is what appears as default for spay/neuter only. That message discusses species, sex and weight- factors that are relevant to spay/neuter capacities only. This message will not appear for wellness e-appointments.
If you want the wellness appointments to say something other than “no appointments available,” you must add custom text to the e-app configuration.
Allowing Services and Products to be Pushed to your E-Form
Now, decide if you want to put out services and products on your website for people to sign up for. This option is recommended as it will be a huge time saver. You can add and remove certain services and products in this tab. For some services, you may choose to add a description. Keep these descriptions short and sweet! For example, for the rabies three-year line item, you may want to add a description: Prior proof of rabies required.

Now, decide if you want to put out packages on your website for people to sign up for. This option is recommended as it will be a huge time saver. You can add and remove certain packages in this tab.
