Logic Associated With The VCP
Why does the VCP work the way it does? Here are a few things to know.
- The VCP gives volume clients access to loads of great information but does NOT give them full control of appointment making.
- Volume clients can delete appointments through the portal, but they can’t add to the appointments.
- Once the appointment has been started in HQ (in progress or checked out), it can no longer be modified by the volume client.
