At the end of each day, once all animals are checked out, you should create an invoice for any volume clients that had animals that day. Once you create the invoice, it pushes it to their volume client portal, and they can pay it there.

To create an invoice:

  1. Go to Accounting > Volume Client > Bill
  2. Select the date range you would like to bill for, for example, the current date and click Search button.
  3. Once the charges display, double check them.
  4. Then tick the tick box for each Volume Client and click Generate Invoice button. This creates an invoice. You don’t need to do anything else. The volume client should pay it through their volume client portal.
  5. The volume client receives an email letting them know their invoice is ready.
