Approving e-Appointments can happen anytime during your day. But at the end of your day before heading home, it’s a good time to double check that all appointments have been approved.
Approving e-Appointments
- Go to Online Appointments
- Notice there are two types of appointments here: Spay/Neuter and Wellness. You may have pending e-appointments in either section. Check both.
- Scan the appointment verifying critical information such as the age of the pet, the weight, the address (if you have address restrictions), any notes the client input as well as any custom questions your clinic has created.
- If there are no issues with the appointment, refine services. This means review the services they selected, and add any other ones you anticipate they will need. For example, many states require veterinary offices to give a rabies vaccine if no proof of rabies vaccine was presented. You will go ahead and add that service now.
- If the client and/or animal has been to your clinic previously, they will presented for selection. Be sure to select the owner and animal if they have been in your clinic previously.
- Then make appointment.
