Click, Register, and Go: Streamline Your Vaccine Clinic with E-Appointments
Vaccine clinic appointments should really be created through your e-appointments link online to make the process easier for everyone involved! Creating an E-Appointment link for your scheduled vaccine clinics will save your clinic lots of time down the road. It creates an accessible platform for clients to pre-register for your vaccine clinics.
- First, you’ll need to create an e-appointment link for a vaccine clinic. For more information on how to do this, go to the section on creating public e-appointments. You can make a vaccine clinic form for your clients to fill out.
- Make sure that in Settings > E-Appointments, the appointment type you created (vaccine) is enabled. This will make it so that it can be accessed from the e-appointment link
- _The client can click your e-appointment link, choose the appointment type, and the available dates/times will be offered.
- Once they have selected a time slot, next they will fill in the owner and animal’s information.
- After filling in these details, the client will choose the vaccines/services that their animal needs. Finally, on the same page, they will pay for and request their appointment.
- When the client submits their request, if an email address was provided, they will receive an initial message indicating the request is pending review.
- Your clinic will review the e-appointment request, and if all information looks good, Confirm the request. They will get a confirmation email when their appointment is confirmed.
- Tip: Review the E-Appointments section for more in this.
- If deposits are part of your e-appointment request process, these can be viewed and managed in Clients > Deposits
- Tip: You can enable or disable deposits for e-appointments in Settings > E-Appointments > Edit (vaccine appointment) > go to the Deposits tab > tick the relevant box.
- The evening before the clinic, print all of the paperwork in Clients > Print/Email Paperwork.
