Clinic HQ does not have a tool to create estimates or quotes for clients.

Unfortunately, most clinics will not utilize such a feature but for those who need a solution, we have some ideas for you! You will need to use the suggested tips below.

Alternatives to Creating an Estimate

Start by making an appointment and adding the services in, perhaps creating packages for services that traditionally go with such a procedure.
From the appointment scheduling screen then, copy and paste the items along with the price into an email.
Send this email to the client.

A few tips to help:

  1. You can create email templates so you can simply click the template and drop in the screen shot.
  2. Windows has a program that typically comes standard with most computers called, Snipping Tool and it is a free software product. (We use a screen shot program called “Snagit” from Camtasia but it is a paid product.)
  • Using this method there’s no deleting service items, simply cancel the appointment. It took about 1 minute to create the estimate this way.
  • If you are of the mind you need the client to sign the estimate, you could use a service like Docuform or HelloSign to send an estimate they could sign.
