Alternatives to Creating an Estimate

Start by making an appointment and adding the services in, perhaps creating packages for services that traditionally go with such a procedure.
From the appointment scheduling screen then, copy and paste the items along with the price into an email.
Send this email to the client.

A few tips to help:

1. You can create email templates so you can simply click the template and drop in the screen shot.
2. Windows has a program that typically comes standard with most computers called, Snipping Tool and it is a free software product. (We use a screen shot program called “Snagit” from Camtasia but it is a paid product.)

Using this method there’s no deleting service items, simply cancel the appointment. It took about 1 minute to create the estimate this way.

If you are of the mind you need the client to sign the estimate, you could use a service like Docuform or HelloSign to send an estimate they could sign.
