Ways to Get Help
- Use this awesome Manual to search for help topics. Type in the topic you need to know more about into the search box.
- Open a “help ticket” by clicking Submit a Request in the upper right corner near your user name on the Help page of Clinic HQ. If you requested a phone call, please answer all unknown calls. Watch your email for replies from our team. The replies will go to the email address used for the user login on Clinic HQ.

We recommend saving the following web page as favorites on your browser. To do this, click the link and it will open a new browser tab with the webpage. At the end of the URL field click the Star to add the webpage to Bookmarks. This website will let you know if HQ is experiencing any outages or issues.

Clinic HQ Setup through HQ University
Using LMS (Learning Management Software) staff can complete course training for Clinic HQ. This would be ideal for any clinic that would like to leverage all the tools HQ offers. It goes through every screen in Setup and gets deep into the details and nuances of the tools available.
