If you want to create a manual just like we have here, we use the service Manula. For about $30 per month, we can provide a manual for our users with unlimited pages. We’ve found that Manula is extremely easy for anyone to pick up and use. What we love most about it is the organized table of contents and that our users can make a pdf of the manual.
A different approach would be to create the PDF and then carve out just the pieces you want, then export to Word and add in your own text. We feel it’s pretty important for each clinic to have a manual all its own. It’s a great way to keep your staff focused, save time, and ensure everyone is on the same page with the tools and processes that apply directly to your clinic.
